Just like you need a vacation, so do your houseplants!

Summer is a time to give your philodendron and spider plant an outdoor break with fresh air and not too much sun. It’s about a change of pace to brighten their world – just make sure you don’t put them in a spot where they get scorched or are in shock. Filtered light is usually best. Then, outdoors in the summer is the time to be thinking cucumbers, bell peppers and tomatoes.
