He’s a small fish in a BIG pond, but that isn’t stopping Abbi Vakeel with U-Socket, his invention that incorporates a USB port into a wall outlet for instant charging of all of our mobile electronics. It’s one of those “Why didn’t’ I think of that” creations, but Abbi admits he has been up against a lot of naysayers as he created and eventually brought his product to market in a sea of big brands and huge competitors at the Builders Show and in the space of Home Improvement.
