Saint Andre with Sauteed Fruit Crostini (Appetizer)

  1. Olive oil
  2. Salt
  3. Peaches
  4. Saint Andre Triple Cream Cheese
  5. Mint
  6. Butter
  1. Slice season and toast crostini baguette as with previous recipe.
  2. Slice peaches ( leaving skin on), saute’ with butter on stove top.
  3. Spread cheese on crostini and place sautéed peach and chiffonade of mint.
