Outdoor Décor, Grill Cleaning and Tasty Recipes

Cleaning the grill is usually not on the top of our To Do list! That is usually the problem, it gets gunky and gunkier overtime with that left up grease and crud lingering on your grill grates. Well, stress no more because cleaning a grill can be easy, breezy and yes even fun.  Cindy and Eric talk about some of the keys to Grill Grate-ness, from the steel brush and cleansers that work to turning foil and ammonia into your weapons to get rid of that mess for good!

Unfortunately a fresh clean grill won’t do you any good without tasty recipes. Recently, Eric spent time hanging out and cooking with Chef Sam Talbot, and shares the power of rubs and infused woods to get that juicy, amazing taste in all you grill.

From votives to glass hurricane vases, to galvanized tin buckets and quick tablecloth fasteners, we have some great ideas here to turn your backyard or balcony into a fun and festive place to enjoy the outdoors! Listen to how you can do it in a flash and on a budget.

And must share one of Cindy’s faves – turning a bottle of vodka into a fruit encrusted piece of jewelry for your outdoor bar.  Just place the bottle of vodka in a container with water and fruit slices, then rotate until solid on all sides.  This will be a crowd pleasure at your bar and so pretty!
